Monday Updates

Monday has two updates, and because I had to take care of some household chores and financial things this morning, and it's getting late and I need to go work on dinner, I am once again making this a combined post.  The subject covers both updates anyway.

The first is Design Wall Monday, where so many have already submitted links at Patchwork Times showing what's on their design walls.

The second is to Quiltville, where we're all showing off our progress on our Celtic Solstice Mystery quilts.  And aren't there some beauties there, including some wonderful variations both in the design and color choices.
  
All blocks of the smaller of the two versions for my Celtic Solstice are done, but not yet sewn together.  I like it!  It's wayyy brighter than most quilts I typically do, and as Nick says, it's "active" and it is.  There's a lot going on in the quilt.  

I can't wait to see how it looks laying on a bed.  Photos do not do it justice.
