Stash Report Sunday - Week 24, 2015

There is no new fabric in, that's good, and there's only a little out, but that's good too.

Last week A few weeks ago, when I was reviewing my flannels and when I wrote this post but didn't post it, I came across a piece that, while a lovely pattern, had some problems.  I don't recall where or when I acquired it.  It looks 'old' as in not purchased by me since I began this quilt journey in 1999.

I made the decision that I didn't want to trust it's fiber integrity in any future projects, so it is now being used in one of the desk top boxes my kitties like to sleep in here in my little haven of sewing goodness and is out of my stash.  I leave you with a few photos of the problems with this piece, and my usage update.

See that 'tear' in the lower right quadrant?  There are several of those and I don't know how they got there.

There are print problems.

And there are areas that look bleached out.
